Shipping Methods: We ship anywhere in the U.S. (including PO boxes and APO addresses) via USPS First Class Mail and Priority Mail. The shipping times may differ some based on the shipping address selected. Express shipping is available on select items. We also offer international shipping on most items. The cost and shipping method will vary depending on the destination.
Because part of our philosophy is to support artisans and individual designers, some items may be shipped directly from the designer. This will be noted in the Product Description, if so. Some of our designers may use other shipping methods, such as FedEx, DHL or UPS. This applies to both U.S. and international orders.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs vary based on the item purchased and shipping destination. While the exact price of shipping for your order will be calculated at checkout, most of our fashion, we try to keep it as simple as possible. For U.S. orders, all goods will generally fall into 2 flat rate shipping classes of $4 or $8 for standard shipping. Expedited shipping is available on select items. 3 day shipping is a flat ate of $10. 2nd Day Air is a flat rate of $18. Overnight shipping is a flat rate of $25. All U.S. orders over $150 qualify for free standard shipping. No coupon code required. On occasion, we also offer promotions for free shipping. Be sure to check out our Sale page for those offers.
Shipping costs for international offers will also vary based on the item purchased and shipping destination. At this time, we are only able to offer standard shipping for international orders. The flat rate is $15. All international orders over $150 qualify for free standard shipping. No coupon code required.
Delivery (U.S. Orders): After your payment is verified, please allow 1-2 business days for processing. U.S. orders are generally shipped within 7-10 business days (not including weekends and holidays). Once it ships, we find that it is usually takes 3-5 business days to reach you. While it is our goal to get your to you as quickly as possible, these delivery times are estimates and not a guarantee. Delays due to transit, holidays, weather or related are beyond our control. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is shipped.
Delivery (International Orders): After your payment is verified, please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Orders to Canada and International Designations are generally shipped within 7-10 business days (not including weekends and holidays). Receipt of the item(s) after shipment varies based on the destination and can range anywhere from 5 to 10 business days for delivery to Canada, and 8 to 15 business days for other international destinations. While it is our goal to get your to you as quickly as possible, these delivery times are estimates and not a guarantee. Delays due to transit, holidays, weather or related are beyond our control. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is shipped.
Customs and Duties: You may be liable to pay duties and taxes in your country, if applicable. Import taxes, duties and related custom fees are determined by your local customs office. payment of these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect Address/Unsuccessful Delivery: Please verify your shipping address is correct before placing the order. Please email us at Shop@londondeja.com (or using the contact form below) within 24 hours if you find that you entered the incorrect shipping address. While we will do everything we can to assist, the customer is ultimately responsible for an incorrect shipping address and will bear any related costs.
Any package returned to us for the following reasons are the responsibility of the customer:
Customer did not pick up the order as instructed by the shipping company
The shipping company could not reach the customer
Customer refused to pay the customs/import fees
We are happy to have the item re-shipped, but the customer will be responsible for any related shipping costs.
Our Commitment: In order to be able to offer affordable prices on many of our items, our boutique made the business decision early on to accept the longer delivery times in exchange for helping our customers not spend more than necessary. While we know you are excited to try out your new items as fast as possible, we want you to pay for the item itself–not excess overhead costs! We offer a 14-day money back guarantee on all items. After the 14 days have expired, the return polices vary by designer but we are generally able to offer, at minimum, a store credit once the item is returned. To start a return or exchange, contact us at Shop@londondeja.com (or using the contact form below) so that we can work with you to make sure you are satisfied with your shopping experience. All returns must arrive unused. Items that are one-of-a kind may not be eligible for return. We reserve the right to refuse returns or issue a store credit in place of a full refund. While we try to avoid this when possible, we also reserve the right to deduct the return shipping costs, or a portion thereof, from the refund amount depending on the circumstances.
If you receive an item you believe to be damaged, we kindly ask that you reach out to us within 72 hours. Contact us at Shop@londondeja.com (or using the contact form below) and we will do everything we can to make it right. Anything outside of the 72 hours will fall under the 14-day return policy above. Please note that replacements may not always be possible since some of our products are one-of-a kind designs.
